Chairman of the Board of Management
of BMW AG

“The year 2023 has shown once again what the BMW Group stands for: we deliver what we say we are going to do – systematically, consistently and reliably.

The BMW Group is strong and resilient. This is especially true in the current climate, where we face a variety of different and extremely demanding requirements, with geopolitical uncertainty and new challenges constantly emerging.

We are staying the course: our profitability creates the conditions we need to make substantial investments in our future, in our products, in further electrification and digitalisation of our line-up, and in automated driving.

Our BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad brands enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide. Our products set the standard and spark emotions. Our all-electric models – together with our models in the upper premium segment and the luxury class – are our biggest growth drivers.

Our spectacular Vision Vehicles illustrate how we are further developing mobility in line with the global topics of the future – through bold leaps in innovation and responsible action. This is what our NEUE KLASSE mega-project will showcase in a unique way from 2025 onwards. We are already anticipating today what our customers are going to want in five to ten years’ time and what they are going to need. Continuous progress is, and will remain, the foundation of our success.”

Oliver Zipse

Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG
